On a whim my wife and I stopped at the Lehigh Valley mall to walk around the other day. We went around noon and decided we were hungry so we looked for some food. Instead of the same old fired or fast food we found “The Pita Pit”. We stopped in and found a pretty diverse menu including some vegetarian entrees.

I heard about the Black Forest Deli or BFD on Twitter from one of the other LV bloggers. He raved about the food and his back and forth tweets with the deli owner sparked my interest so I decided this was a place that needed to be tried.
